The firm does not operate a blind pool, does not carry reserves for unspecified follow-on investments, and does not solicit the public. Securities in the firm's vehicles are offered in reliance upon Rule 506(b) of Regulation D, to investors with whom the firm has established a substantive pre-existing relationship.
